“Used Autonet after finding a better deal via a price comparison website. After completing my application and making payment I then received my docs but seemed to not include windscreen cover as standard. I then went about communication with a customer service advisor using live chat and she informed myself that due to myself having comprehensive insurance that the windscreen cover came as standard. No complaints so far!”

“Autonet is efficient and very modern in the way it operates. The call centre staff are effective and helpful. You won't wait in a queue for ages. Everything is done online so the service is very green. The finance that they offer is 0% interest and, while I know that there is no such thing as anything for free, the overall quotes that I got for my vehicle and home insurance worked out cheaper with finance which I much prefer for budgeting reasons. I think Autonet is just very 'straight up'. There are charges applied for administration but they're very up front about that. Great products. Great service in my opinion. ????”
