“Buying comprehensive private car policy for two named drivers on no claim bonus with Legal Cover, Courtesy car, Breakdown cover, Windscreen protection, Personal accident and No Claim protection was easy. Hope we wont have to find out how they work in practice.”

“I have only just paid for cover to commence tomorrow so cannot really comment about the actual company, how good their customer service is, claims etc. However, their website was very easy and quick”

“The call handler provided good and clear explanations to any queries about the policy and further information of potential 'add on's' to the policy. Was happy to reshape the information, or break it down, when I did not understand. Was patient and gave the time that I needed, I did not feel rushed. I felt that any decision I made was my decision and did not feel pressured into making final decisions. They were happy for me to go away, take time and think about it if required. I felt that the policy was good value and met my current needs. I am pleased that a conversation was held rather than on line as I felt that I obtained more in depth information than I would have on line.”
