“They are good at finding insurance cover competitively priced so long as they are not told to renew your cover automatically every year. However, when it comes to renewing, usually the renewal premiums are excessive.”

We do provide the option of an automatic renewal and this is something that customers can choose to accept or decline. We do always contact customer prior to renewal to make them aware of the costs.
