“I found this company through go compare, used internet for everything and all went through very smoothly, payment and certificate being sent out, check your junk mail though thats where mine was, but they told me to check there. so far so good no complaints.”

“Obviously no contact with staff via phone. Everything came through via post and all information sent was accurate apart from 1 minor point which would not affect the policy itself. Since dealing with Autonet I have had no problems whatsoever, thank you.”

“Been insured three years in a row now. A good competitive price, which is what we all look for in insurance. If you phone them I have always found the call centres helpful and fast to deal with. Five stars ⭐️”

“Easy to use and fair policy prices. However fees are high for making changes such as number plate change etc. Something that should be looked at in my opinion.”

“I Was happy with the service received from Autonet. I had a small issue with the auto renew and when I called it was dealt with swiftly and I was reimbursed charges. They then provided a new quote which was much more competative and I stayed with them for another year.”

“Good price. Once bought, I found the same insurance from Autonet (same company) for fractionally cheaper. I was offered to cancel my new policy and buy the cheaper (but same) policy. After discussion £25 was waived for me to have the cheaper policy, however it seems by that point too much trouble.”
