“I took out a new policy which was easy with no problems”

“The renewal was easy. The policy was easy to understand and I was confident there was someone just at the end of a telephone should I require assistance or explanation. What else can you say. Easy.”

“Easy transition from old insurance company to Autonet, they were very good on price, much cheaper than the quote from my old company who I had been with for a number of years! Only 4 stars as I don't know what it would be like if I had to make a claim!! Hopefully won't need too!!!!!!”

“Our insurance was up for renewal so I shopped around,as we had been with this company the previous year, they rang us to see what they could offer.Although slightly higher quote than 1 or 2 of the other companies,it was lower than our previous price with Autonet. The lady that rang was very nice and went through everything with me even ringing me make later in the day after I had spoken to my wife.”

“Not happy as the first payment was taken to quick after the deposit. Don't think I will use next time”

Hi, Thank you very much for taking the time to get in touch. When a policy is paid for by instalments, we take a deposit at the point of sale. The next instalment is then taken 7-14 days later. “all went well until i phoned up to set up the insurance i was then told of a £15 fee for that service , i then proceeded on line”
