“Very attentive phone operators who eventually sorted out my car insurance renewal. I did initially try to renew my policy via the website which was not working and I wasted a lot of time repeatedly trying of input my card details.”

“Excellent service but should not make people use inreternet for discounts that can't be offered by a telephone call as well. This is very unfair by businesses and should be illegal as far as I'm concerned. Not everyone has or likes computers. Bring back real people behind a telephone and let's keep people employed please.”
