“What should have been a simple renewal of motorcycle insurance turned into a long & tortuous sequence of numerous phone calls with many different people, with promised return calls never received. Once the premium was paid, to date, have received 3 copies of the same documents. There are errors, but endless time spent phoning, and being left on hold listening to banal looped music, has failed to get them rectified. Perhaps needless to say, I won't be renewing through Autonet/MacKenzie Hodgson next year.”
