“Never ever take a policy from this bogus insurance company. In this 21st century, without sending an email, communicated via post letters (they say), however, we haven't received any letters. They cancelled the policy, without even contacting us, and very conveniently deducted 268 pounds. This is not professional behaviour before the policy is cancelled, they should make sure that the customer is informed. I am totally gutted at such irresponsible behaviour. This is not acceptable.”
