“Great communication with this company. They are sending text mssgs so you can't miss an email. They have also called and explained / discussed my insurance. Last but not least - their prices are the best I have found.”

“Most Insurance Companies are good to contact nowadays as I guess the majority of their new business is identified over the ain't Ernest, however your Company made me feel wanted not just another enquiry. Your service and price was amazing, would recomend you to anyone.”

“They sell you insurance then they threaten you the they are going to cancel it because you have not given your license then you have to do a DVDs check steer clear if I was you”

“After receiving a telephone call regarding our insurance, the person talking was very helpful and not at all pushy. We were more than happy with the quote we were given and decided there and then to accept the insurance for our home contents and buildings.”

“they looked for the best insurance for me with the same requirements. normally you just get a quote from the same one as last year. then if you phone up to cancel they say they can look round for a better deal. i`m sorry, but is that not what they should be doing anyway? i thought you where paying for a service? if they`re not getting you the best deal, all your paying the extra for is for the bill to be passed to you through them surely. Autonet did look around, so full marks to them.”

“Good insurance and everything was fine UNTIL. I paid £5 to have the documents sent to me. Unfortunately thats when things didn't happen !! Following several phone calls [and always being told they were in the post] they didn't arrive for4 weeks !!! way past the start day of my insurance. It has put me off using you again .”
