“AVOID this company. Took out insurance with them online and immediately received an email asking for a further £15 admin charge. Phoned them and after about half an hour on hold got through to someone who I couldn’t get a sensible answer from. I emailed telling them I was disputing the admin charge and today they’ve gone ahead and simply helped themselves and have billed my card. AVOID this violent at all costs - pay a little extra and go somewhere reputable. Dread to think what they must be like to try and claim from. AVOID!”
