“There should be a zero rating - just so you know this company rips off people when they have to cancel their insurance .... my insurance cost me £275 and when I cancelled 3 months later I got back £75 so that's equivalent to over £800 pa prorata ... that's disgusting !! I have another policy with them and rest assured I will not be using Autonet insurance again !! I suggest you stear clear !!”

“I phoned to cancel the policy I bought online within 14 days, due to it not including the " driving other cars" extension. I thought there was a 14 day cooling off period to cancel within. I was told there is still a cancellation fee to pay. Thieves!”
