“Easy to get a quote online and accept it, I have dealt with Autonet Insurance before with a company I worked for previously and I have now started my own business and chose them because they were easy to get hold of on the phone and very helpful I also like the uk call centres.”

“Great coverage, remained with Autonet for 3 years as they provide competitive price with breakdown cover. They use non-intrusive methods to remind you of renewal with additional discount if you renew online. Only time they call is when an unplanned closure of their office and incoming calls cannot be taken. Very pleasant caller and good customer service.”

“I had the pleasure of renewing my home insurance with Autonet. The initial renewal price was £200 more than the previous year however, the customer service representative went above and beyond to reduce this ad match the previous year’s premium. Excellent service, I would highly recommend Autonet.”

“Despite my having emailed over both mine and my husbands drivers licences and vehicle documents a letter was received stating that policy would be cancelled as all documents had not been submitted ‘ A Copy of an online driving record in full pages view for all drivers ‘ This is totally new to me , nerves heard of it , I thought this is what I had already sent them NO explanation in the email or correspondence what so ever was given as to how one could obtain or upload ‘an online driving record ‘ I have really been treated unfairly here be warned With this company , now I have a black mark against my name with an Insurance policy being cancelled and unable to insure my car . I raised a complaint on the 30/03/20 still waiting to hear back and their telephone line constantly engaged”
