“When an existing customer of Autonet lIke myself, is quoted by telephone an outrageous amount of £99 to renew a policy,..Afterwhich she then In horror, cancels her original policy with Autonet....& then Proceeds as the same customer now obliged to use a Comparison site, & consequently ends up after a laborious filling in of questions to the same original Car insurance Company, namely Autonet subsequently only to agree to accept their Online greatly reduced online quote,for half the price quoted by phone,???? As I have just done,....Surely something is not quite right & certainly bamboozling in the extreme!! in this case,??”
