“Price very reasonable. Process very smooth & uncomplicated. Haven't had any reason to contact or make any claims. Just hoping that would be easy & uncomplicated too if that time ever comes.”

“I have bought a motor policy online via Autonet. Not had cause to contact Autonet regarding any issues, and until I need to make a claim (hopefully not), I shall not be in a position to make an informed judgement about the benefits or otherwise of the company's customer service.”

“As expected, plenty of data to be input, didn't highlight which fields needed to be input (tick boxes) so did not always you to next step. Very rarely do I give a 5× rating (needs a once in a decade performance)”
