It is impossible to get through to make a claim to start with They have increased my fees claiming I was involved in an accident while I was not the driver and for which the third party has accepted responsibly!

Appalling service. My car was not collected from recovery after a month, many phone calls from me chasing. No updates, lack of communication and failure to provide any service at all.

Awful company Awful company. I would give them zero stars if I could. If your insurance company ever offers to refer you to Auxillis DON'T DO IT! 1. Their call centres are a waste of time, nothing happens unless you escalate to management and sit with them on the phone until it is done. 2. They organised a Vauxhaul Corsa as a 4x4 replacement for a family holiday with 2 kids and a dog. 3. The garages they recommend are budget outfits, not manufacturer approved, they don't use approved parts, and they do the minimum possible. 4. When I collected the car from the body shop the rear wheel arch trim fell off in my hand. 5. The first time it rained after collecting my car it flooded. When I reported the problem to Auxillis, instead of apologising profusely and undertaking to fix the problem, they sent an inspector out to cover their on backs! Now they have made it my responsibility to prove that the leak was caused by their nominated garage. (Which I have done incidentally, it was a result of poor workmanship and generic parts) 5. It has cost me over £1,000 so far to correct all the problems they caused. Meanwhile the Auxillis complaints team appear to be do nothing. They give themselves 8 weeks just to acknowledge your grievance. All in all it is clear to me now that they are only out to capitalise on the situation. The only winners in this is Auxillis!!! If you read their reviews you will see that I am not alone with this terrible experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Arranged a repair date using Auxillis after being passed to them via Admiral. I called Auxillis 7 days in advance as instructed to arranged the delivery of my courtesy car. I then received a snotty voicemail from someone at Auxillis Southampton at 15:55 the day before my courtesy was due to be delivered to say they needed to speak to me before they could process the courtesy car. I finally managed to get though to them at 11am on the morning the courtesy car was supposed to be delivered, just to be told that they hadn't even identified a car for me to have - never mind planned a delivery date. My car was collected by the garage as planned this morning, which means I now don't have a car and have no idea when one will be provided. I have since spoke to Auxillis head office who apologised and said they saw no reason why the depot hadn't fulfilled the request for a courtesy car was raised over a week ago. They have offered to pay travel expenses in the meantime but given the damage to my car is minor and cosmetic - if I had known I would be left without a car - I would not have used Auxillis.

I had a hire vehicle earlier this year. In May 2022 I was sent an email stating: “We are pleased to inform you that we have made a full recovery of hire charges from the responsible third party. Please accept this letter as confirmation that we have now closed our file and no further action is required” In August I received an email stating I owed £800+ in charges due to the hire going over the allocated time. I contacted times to try and arrange the vehicle to be picked up and nothing about charges was said. I had even received the above quoted email saying hire charges were fully recovered, they have closed the file and no further action was required. I made a complaint and had a letter back basically stating the charges were justified and apparently they had tried to contact me multiple times. Avoid at all costs. I would rather be without a vehicle. 11% of all reviews being one star speaks volumes. Reference: 59628901

Absolutley no service. These are the worst. Not even our insurers Direct Line with whom they have the contract for supply could get them to do their job. No car supplied, lots of failed promises from Auxilis. After nearly 3 weeks my car returns tomorrow having been repaired, thankfully I was able to source the use of another car if I had not been able to then Auxilis would have really left me in a hole.

had a 2 door coupe delivered after i specifically asked for a 4 door as i have a family. the condition of the car was terrible, body work and interior in a bad state and smelled really bad, I refused to drive it. after contacting auxillis via phone and various emails from myself and my insurance company, heard nothing what so ever, no reply to any emails or my formal complaint i put in. stay away from this company, its a disgrace. nearly a week has gone by and still trying to sort a replacement car, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. This was the stansted branch.

Avoid. See other reviews about poor service, no contact or updates, missed deadline for delivery resulting in multiple calls to chase, stress and missed appointments. Direct Line need to stop using them... or maybe we need to stop using Direct Line. Would never go direct to Auxillis for sure.

Auxillis is a nominated car hire place for Direct Line car insurance company. Following claim, I was asked to arrange with Auxillis replace vehicle and advised to give 7 days notice to allow smooth arrangement. I have given 8 days, and 1 hour before the deadline Auxillis contacted me to say, the it might be until the following day until the vehicle would be delivered. Following dozens of phone calls to them and direct line, it’s been a second day awaiting car replacement and still no news- and it’s weekend. Very unreliable company which bits off more than able to chew … and puts small business at losses. I will not recommend it to anyone, and certainly, in the future will not allow Direct line to handle my vehicle replacement arrangements.

Incompetent at best . Always check your insurance policy carefully. These act as a non fault accident company. Act is the word here. Poor customer service. Bodged repair is their motto. Awful awful company .only interested in cost cutting for other parties insurers

Auxiliis are a nightmare to deal with. I spent a whole day from 9am to 6pm trying to get them to help me when my file was sent over from Admiral. They sent me on a wild goose chase saying they couldn’t help without a policy number of the person who rear ended my car even though I had their registration, name, phone number and address. I called the police to get advise and they told me it was Auxillis trying to get me to do all the ground work but actuality they could get the detail they wanted from a search of rhe registration. Auxillis were very rude and when I told them this and said “oh so the police know the inner workings of our company do they?”. Turns out they did know and eventually they agreed to provide repair to my car and a hire car as long as they read out the terms and conditions to my partner who is the policy holder. I am a named driver on the policy and it’s my car, registered in my name, but they refused and so my partner had to them call whilst trying to juggle a 2yo by herself because I had been stranded with out a vehicle all day and couldn’t get to them. Then once that was finally done they told her for me to call them before 9pm which I did so at 7.55pm but in fact their offices close at 7pm not 9 so I’m still stranded without a car or a hire car and can’t get to my family. They are a nightmare and no doubt ‘untouchable’ with no recourse. I know I can contact he financial ombudsman but I’m not sure they will help. I will continue this saga no doubt at 8am tomorrow when I will try to phone them and get this sorted…

Biggest scammers you will ever come across. I have been charged £90 for a £30 parking ticket. I have used a few hired companies before and have never experienced this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If there was a minus star option, I would click it, the incompetence of this company is unbelievable. If your insurance company propose they pass your incident file to Auxillis... REFUSE and insist the insurance company deal with your file! Delay after delay, failure after failure, we have had to do the chasing as their communications are abysmal. The only thing they got right was the courtesy car, everything else has been a failure!

I gave 1 star review as there wasn’t an option to give 0 star. Auxiliary is a nightmare company. They’ve scheduled to get my car repaired on Friday the 28th July 2022. That never happened as they couldn’t provide me with a replacement vehicle. They’ve never contacted me to tell me there was no replacement vehicle for me. I had to call them on the 28th to find out about the replacement car. The repair was postponed to the following Friday (5th August 2022) Same problem. They’ve never contacted me to tell me the replacement vehicle wasn’t available. I’ve lost two days work and they still haven’t contacted me to rearrange the repair of my car and provide me with a replacement vehicle. Absolutely very bad company. DON’T USE auxillis

After a 'no fault' accident I needed a courtesy car. My insurance chose auxillis. I was very clear that I must have a car to get my son to school - around 2 mile each way and for work. I'm a sales person some days of the week and need to transport stock. They agreed the days and said someone would be in touch to arrange delivery time. I therefore arranged those dates for my car to go to the garage for repair. They rang me as I was rushing out to get my son to school so I asked them to call me back. They didn't call. I rang several times through the local office the main office, even through my insurance company. Finally they got back to me on the day I was supposed to have my car telling me that they could deliver it the following afternoon between 12 and 5. I was therefore left trying to organise lifts to take my son to and from school for two days and I had to lose a day's work with no transport. A nightmare experience and if ever I have this happen again I would insist on a hire car from the repairers but never from auxillis.

Encouraged to use Auxillis by admiral. Dreadful experience. First representative dropped the call and then didn’t call back. Called Auxillis - on hold for over 15 mins. Called Admiral who put me back through. Told they couldn’t help as I didn’t have a claim reference number from first call (which they ended!!). Now back with Admiral. If given option, avoid this company at all costs. Truly awful

Cant give anything less than 1 star. Awful service. They kept cutting me off on phone calls, also they don`t answer the phone, waiting time is 20 to 40 min`s with that god awful music. I was without a car after a non fault accident, 1st call, they could not find my details after my ins set it to them, after they did was told an agent would phone back. 12 hrs later I called them, and again they have no details. Finally after completing the "paperwork". I was then told they do not know when they can get a car to me. Thier excuse was "due the the current situation". And according to their website, they have over 10k+ cars in stock. I found later the garage that was doing the repairs said they could get me a car the next day to help me out as my partner was ill with cancer and had an appointment in the afternoon. I did mention this to this so called company, but they didn`t care after their cockup. Dont deal with this company, they are not professional and don`t put their customers first. So far with this company I have estimated I have wasted 4 hours of my life sitting on the phone waiting for them to pick up.

One month since my husband’s accident we have received no car. A car was arranged for us 2 weeks ago and mysteriously cancelled at 4:50pm. We have had no explanation or contact from Auxillis despite contacting them twice and going through our insurance company. Absolutely disgusting!
