"Submitted a vehicle insurance claim last night. Called today to ask what I can expect for next steps. Been on the phone for 1 hour 23 minutes and I still haven't been put to the right department. I've spoken to about 6 people who all tell me they are transferring me, and then I get back to the triage team. I've listened to Lighthouse Family, Ed Sheeran and Adele more times than I'd like to whilst being on hold with them. Will never go back to them again when my policy renews."
