I was not provided any courtesy car while a decision on my accidented car was yet to be reached. Also, I was not provided a taxi to take me home after the incident.

Contacted by Aviva trying to review my decreasing life insurance policy saying due to changes it might not pay out. I'm still paying monthly premiums. I don't believe this so asked them to write to me.

To the lady who had her car stollen, " Under the circumstances you took all reasonable actions and responsibility to secure your car from theft by parking it nearer to your Property, there is nothing more you could have done to secure the Vehicle from Theft" ???? I'm sure a Court of law will look Favourably on your situation, Dont hold out on the Ombudsman as they will advise you that the Insurence company reserves the right to make their final descission? You need to get a "Road Traffic Solicitor" or Solicitor who specialises in Theft. I hope you are recovering well. This is not uncommon circumstances as I can vouch for, and the police are a waste of time, I suggest you keep up payments on the car? Otherwise youl be taken to court for Fraud and Non Payment of Goods?

I was to be shafted with a 50/50 Liability, despite the young lady failing to stop and give way to me at a Cross Roads as I was on the Main Road with the Right off Way, and she approached on a Minor Road and Failed to stop at the Road Markings instructing her to stop and give way at the Juntion. I did a SAR, access Request and finally for the first time saw a copy of the other parties "Statement of Truth" in their Claim, via a Independant Claim Handler called AUXILLIS. they simply wrote the opposite to my statement? and claimed it was my fault. Aviva however didn't have any initial qualified staff with 3xperience and knowledge to look at the pictures and evidence to work out the direction of the Vehicles from the Damage 3ach Vehicle Sustained, etc. They also didn't read through the ladies Statement and identify the Contradictions like " He came from the Next Juntion"? Only then to contradict and Say " He cut across the Parking spaces"? They were not interested 8n the evidence and simply wanted a Quick Settlement case closed and put my insurence premium up. Despite me being totaly innocent. I prepared all my own evidence and Explained with pictures the type of Damage you would 3xpect from a T Bone and a 45° accident. Aviva were so confused they put my evidence out to a Specialist who confirmed I was Totaly Inocent and what I said and the evidence proved the Lady was Soley Libal for coursing the accident. In the meantime they refused to renew my insurence, when I kicked up they sent a New Renewal about £200 more expensive, even though the accident wasn't my fault. I was innocent, they say if you have an accident your statistically more likely to have another One? So they increase your insurence premium even though its not your fault. Thus you are not put back into the Position you were in before the accident as the innocent Party. I this got insurence with someone else, this Refusal to Renew is Quite Common Practise. Any way since they passed it to their RECLAIMS DEPT? I've heard nothing from Aviva at all, no update at all. My car was however repaired and I'm driving it again. Its clear the initial Claims Screening Staff are not qualified in Accident assessment or investigation and cannot understand the Evidence you send them, years ago Insurence companies had their own in house Legal team, but know they justify the cost and then Outsource the Legal Work to Solicitor Firms. If I hadn't refused their initial descission of 50/50 Liability I would have been Shafted! Easy, Stress Free Process? Let us do all the Work ? I know await the final Out come at some time in the Distant Future of Space and Time.

Hopeless . Cannot call to ask question when completing forms. Chat-box doesn't work at all. Will leave asap - cheaper bit jot worth the hassle. Ps they don't do temporary additional drivers and choice of occupations is worryingly short meaning you are forced to choose wrong one eg cannot put Police Force only Military Police - really? Paid for 2 additional drivers , took money instantly - listed as 'install Ent' but bot added to insurance policy.... worrying . Asking questions is hopeless / comes up with hundreds of 'answers' none of which say call our help desk. Chat bot is rubbish also!

Is it normal for staff to call you up and want to ' review ' your life insurance policy six months after you have taken it out? Or am I victim of fraud as the so called member of the team couldn't even confirm my dob.

I was previously a customer with Aviva insurance but when it come to my renewal there was a £2000 increase and they couldn’t answer why. I went online to do a new quote with them because I’ve heard sometimes you’ll get it cheaper starting again but it was still £1800 more than what I had paid the previous year. I will not be using them again

With a Aviva for years when I finally make a claim other drivers company accepted liability I was bullied into accepting other companies offer when I’m at my most Vunerable lost out on thousands of pounds I would have been entitled to. I recently reversed into a skip at night no lights no indication it was there. I have legal cover not interested it’s an Innate object, yet Police said it should have lights on it and a licence from the council told Aviva not interested pay excess ! This company should be boycotted very poor customer care just want your money!

I have Aviva for my home insurance. Have done for about 10 years. Took my car insurance out with them last year and they beat my renewal and price comparison websites. Thought they were great. However my renewal was through the roof. It was absolutely shocking. I called them and the customer service wasn’t great and they wouldn’t budge. I then used the comparison website and chose axa as it was less than half of what aviva offered me. I thought this was very poor. Really disappointed. Everything was good until then.

Policy cover and premium both competitive. But completely fed up with the call centre wait times. All I want to do is pay an outstanding premium which you would think should be a simple on-line operation. Call after 4pm and you’ll be lucky if it’s answered within 20 minutes. Only to be cut off and have to listen to mindless pop for anther 20mins. Really frustrating that you can do virtually everything else vis MyAviva but not this. Why?

I have various investment products with Aviva. All mine and my husand's life savings in fact. I liked their online myAviva system however the level of response when you have queries is terrible. If you ever get through on the phone (pretty unusual even after holding for an hour) the service and help is very good indeed. But it is just impossible to get through and even email is very patchy. This causes immense stress when you know your whole future is in their hands.

Incredibly frustrating to deal with. Sent in proof of no claims at least 3 times, didn't process it, then dispite the policy stating I had top no claims Aviva only gave me two year no claims. To top it off they amended my policy and told me that there was an overdue payment that had to pain straight away. Really poor service. I will look elsewhere when it's time to renew.
