“When ordering my door and not knowing what I was doing I called and used the online help to order. It was very helpful and I expect I asked some very silly questions but was made to feel very confident in my order. On the delivery date the van broke down weather was really bad snow everywhere. They let me know the problem straight away and rearrange the delivery for the next day. Delivery was great and the driver put the door inside my property as it was quite heavy. Door was easy to fit measurements perfect. Very happy.”

When I ordered I had a member of their staff call me to clarify any part of the order that was not absolutely clear & they were very helpful with advice on Georgian spacing & measurements.
