“This was my first time purchasing from Babe and first time purchasing tape in extensions. I was very happy with the service and even more happy with the product. The color matched perfect and while I did have an issue with a few not sticking as they should. I spoke with a specialist and she was amazing and was able to help solve the problem. I will definitely continue to use Babe!”

“I really loved the extensions until they changed alot to the "cool" side. I have natural red heads that want extensions but now it's so hard to match up. Bring back some warmer tones please.”

“Received two different colors of the same extensions.. (One old color and one of the updated color). It was extremely frustrating and I didn't have time to send it back and order a new one. I contacted customer service and they apologized. I requested an updated swatch and they did send me a new color ring at no charge. It was a nice gesture, but it still didn't take away from the inconvenience for me to re-color my client's extensions to match. I feel that they should have changed the packaging for the updated colors so that something like this wouldn't happen.”

“I had to re-tape all of my hair extensions because the tape wouldn’t stick to the hair. Now after the extra expense taping them after washing them the first time they are sliding out after the first wash. I’ve usually always had good luck but this was awful. Don’t buy the 24” patsy!”

“I used to love these extensions. Have used them and them only for 7 years but the gram and thickness is not good. I used to use 3 1/2-4 packs for a full head and now I need 6. Even on the 22” ones which are supposed to be more grams. So thin and so not worth the money any more. I brought many people to this company and now I can longer recommend or spend this money to use on myself. It’s just not longer worth it and it makes me so sad.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the clip on hair extensions. I called right away to try to return or exchange but couldnt help. Said no returns or exchange because I had open the package.
