“Fantastic company. Can’t fault the wonderful friendly customer service. I ordered and received my item within two days but unfortunately the box was damaged and as it was intended as a gift I emailed to ask if anything could be done to replace it. The new item arrived the very next day and exchanged for the one in the damaged box. Well done BabySecurity.”

“Fast turnaround from ordering to delivery. Good competitive prices. Only issue is delivery emails just say Hermes have your Hermes delivery instead of mentioning the company name.”

“The stairgate is perfect, we struggled to find one for the doorway we needed it on but this one is great & being extra tall was fab as we needed it to keep the dogs in one area at certain times. Great service and would highly recommend”

“We needed a tall gate to keep our cats out of part of the house - they were able to jump over the stair gate we’d previously had for a toddler. This was fairly quick and easy to put in place (although I think I might have had problems if I hadn’t already had experience of fitting the shorter gate - a different make - which had clearer instructions in my opinion). So far so good - cats haven’t been able to jump over it so have stayed where they are supposed to be.”

“Excellent stair gate for our staircase. We needed a narrow fit stair gate for the top of our stairs. After reading other reviews we bought this one. We are very happy with it. The opening is narrow but that’s to be expected. Secure fit and happy with the purchase”
