“Love the product, packaged well and even the screws that it came with were nicely packed. Good sturdy materials with a smooth finish. My son is 3.5yr old and loves the step, much easier to move around the house than the bulky towers. The top step could be wider as his little feet hang over the back unless stepped away from the side so he can place his feet more evenly with some overhang from his toes and heels. I was a bit disappointed that it took a while to post. I ordered it 18/06 and it wasn’t dispatched until 26/06, it was in stock as far as I could see so not sure why this took just over a week to post out.”

Hi Kylie, Thank you for taking the time to review your experience . With the dispatch date query your estimated shipment date was 30th June , we sent this out prior to that date . The forward dated shipment meant we didnt have stock at the warehouse but were due to receive the stock by the 30th June . We look forward to having you shop with us in the future ! BV X

“Staff at Bondi junction store need training in the products you stock and customer service skills. Two staff members could not help us with a simple inquiry regarding an item advertised on your site. When the store manager was called over to assist us in-store she was very inconvenienced by the staff members asking for her assistance and was not pleasant at all in her dealing with us. I have bought many items from this store for all my children but I have to say I would be looking at visiting Baby Bunting or Baby Kingdom in the future for any purchases I require as the service is much better.”

“Baby village has a great range of stock, but we have found that staff are not very knowledgeable and often ask the same person (who is amazing!) all the questions, which means shopping there takes a really long time unless you know exactly what you want and don’t need to shop around. Would be great if staff were across the products that they sell”
