“We were disappointed with the communications on our order. Appreciate the team are not responsible for the timing of stock received by Baby Village, but there was no indication the product wasn't available for shipping when the order was made and they were unable to provide a concrete date they would receive the stock. We had to get in touch for updates each week for a month and were provided the same response each time - should be here next week. Once the stock arrived shipping to us was very quick.”

Hi Henry , Thank you for your feedback ! We do appreciate this experience wasnt as smooth as it should of been . Lately we have had delays with Bugaboo that are unusual for them . The weekly updates that we advised you were based on Bugaboo responses we do appreciate this is completly fustrating . The website didnt have a delayed date as this occured after your sale was created . Our apoloiges for you having to contact us to obtain updates , this is definetly not how our Customer Serice team works . We do hope to see you shop with us in the future ! Nicole
