“They were absolutely phenomenal! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and the lady responded almost immediately and changed the size before they shipped it. She was very friendly and did a huge favor for me. The shipping and packaging was great and on time. Definitely will buy from them again!”

“Shipped was too long. Ordered on a Friday paid over $20 for shipping and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday. Like the product, but would probably order from a third party for faster and cheaper shipping.”

“I have the therapeutic neck cover and the small blanket, and I just ordered the women's shirt and base layer. I sleep in the neck cover every night and it has helped a lot. I placed the small blanket under my hips because I was having pain there. Then I went on a major trip with tons of walking and am now wearing the new base layer and shirt to sleep in to aide in my recovery from all the muscle soreness. I love all the products and ordered my boyfriend the neck cover also. I will probably order more products.”

“I have a GSP. I have several of the normal coats my dog loves them. I ordered the HV. Their recommended size was way too small. I ordered two sizes. Bigger fits perfect!!!”
