“I haven’t gotten to use the coat yet but am sure it will be great when I do. I have 2 Whippets & they love to do lure coursing. I am excited to try it on them for these events. I would also like to say that I was sent the wrong color but contacted you right away & I had an answer very quickly & even received the correct item within 2 days! Wow! Thank you, Michele S. I’m still waiting, though, on receiving the return label to send the incorrect item back.”

“I purchased the 7 foot wraps to use on my knee, as I have arthritis in it. I know that these wraps work as my ex used them on her horses. It has been helping quite a bit for the pain in my knee.”

Dear Anonymous We appreciate you taking time to comment on your displeasure with our boxer shorts. Boxer shorts like other clothing items are designed to enhance the feeling of wellness. Unlike our mobility products, clothing does not have the same deep penetrating and therapeutic outcomes especially if its deep seeded pain arising from hips, or in the lower back or area of the sacroiliac. Having shod horses for 17+ years I can relate to lower back and hip pain and have found the waist girdle and air back brace to produce the pain free outcomes I was looking for however I live in the boxer shorts for overall comfort. Lastly, I would suggest wearing the boxer shorts throughout the day also. Jim

“I have used BOT items on my horses for years and have been very satisfied. So when my agility dog needs a jacket I thought of BOT. I have seen many dogs sporting them and happy owners. When my jacket came I was very surprised to see no hind leg stays. The jacket would Just slide to one side or the other within several strides. Surely this was a production error. Nope. Don’t have any jackets with leg stays. I have opted to keep the jacket and have some elastic straps added as the jacket is really what I want and need. However, for the price and coming from a horse company I am disappointed.”

Hi Nancy Our US team agrees with you. The original Mesh Dog Coat did include the hind leg straps. When the new more ergonomic Bay Mesh was designed and tested, the development team was convinced by the field tests that were done, that the hind leg straps were not needed and not wanted by many of the testers. We agree with you and think that the leg straps should be made available and used or removed as the owner sees fit. Thank you for your comments and we are working to make these changes. Jim

“Back On Track’s products were recommended by the wonderful chiropractor, Dr. Jill Smith of Easthampton Chiropractic. Dr. Smith treats Belle for arthritis and back issues. The hope was the Back on Track products would supplement Dr. Smith’s treatments. I purchased the Dog Bed Liner for Belle because she dislikes wearing coats. Belle’s response to the bed liner has been significant. It supports the chiropractor treatments enabling the appointments to be spread out over a long period of time and iron’s out the significant ups and downs between treatments. The dog bed liner goes with us everywhere: in the car, to work and on trips. I’ve bought a dog bed liner for my brother’s aging dog and ordered the blanket for my sister’s aging cat. The website can be a bit challenging to navigate. Please reach out to customer service if you need any help. The phone support is excellent. Kathy”

“I ordered two dog coats and didn't realize I ordered the wrong color until I recieved them. I got them on sale too. The sales associate that helped me was amazing! I was able to return the coats, get the return approved, order new coats and have them delivered in less than a week at no extra charge to me. This was a Christmas present for someone special to me and having this gift in time for Christmas meant so much. I am so thankful for this associates proffesionalism and kindness. I will not hesitate to continue shopping with this company.”
