“Though I haven't had time to use this saddle pad due to it not even being close to riding weather here, I have total confidence in my BOT products. I base that on my experience using the Royal Mesh Sheet on PSSM mare. It has made a big difference in her comfort level. When it's cold, her muscles get rock hard, and you can tell that she is uncomfortable. After using the sheet on her, her muscles are softer and she is much more comfortable. When I would ride her I noticed that her back seemed springer, for lack of a better word, and she moved much better. I have confidence that the saddle pad that I recently purchased will have the same result.”

“No problems with order and delivery. We have a 16 year old dog so got the dog mat for her. I have restless legs so I have been sleeping with the small blanket on top of my covers over my legs. I think it is helping but need to use it longer for more accurate test.”

“I’ve been a long-time Back on Track customer and have always been extremely impressed with their horse products, especially the mesh blankets. I’ve personally seen the benefits on sore, older horses—reduced recovery time and improved warmth in the haunches before endurance rides. Because of that, I expected the same level of quality for my dog. Unfortunately, the bay Mesh Dog Coat has been a major disappointment. Despite carefully measuring and ordering according to the size chart, the back of the coat does not reach the stifle area and frequently flips up with minimal movement, leaving the areas I wanted covered most unsupported. Even more concerning, the fabric developed two large holes within just one week of use. My dog only wears it indoors during the day and briefly outside for potty breaks—never for outdoor play or brush exposure—yet it’s already torn. For a product at this price point, this feels extremely flimsy. To add to the frustration, shipping took quite a long time. Considering how much I’ve loved and trusted every Back on Track product I’ve purchased for my horses, I’m highly disappointed in the quality and durability of this dog coat.”

“I bought another pair of the pastern cuffs for my now 20 year old as he wore the first pair out. They truly do help him with his arthritis. He's my main mounted shooting horse and we are a very competitive SL6 team.”

“I absolutely love Back on Track products for my dogs! The Cool on Track coat is the best cooling coat I’ve ever used. It makes hot humid days more bearable for the dogs on training and competition days. I use the Therapeutic Mesh Coats all the time! They are essential for cool downs and in between runs on competition days and are a nice addition to help keep muscles relaxed when we’re just hanging out. Two of my dogs don’t have tails and the jackets stay in place unlike so many others that fall to one side or another off their rump.”

“I love this dog coat. I have two boys with high tail set and this coat is perfect. The sides are just long enough to cover their major muscles without being so long that they pee on it. It keeps them warm without them getting too hot, and once they have it on they don't fuss about it they just go about their day. Love the reflective trim for winter night walks.”

“The item I ordered was the wrong size. My fault for ordering to early in the morning. Asked for an exchange and they refunded my money and said I could keep the too small item. I also ordered an item in the correct size and forgot to use my credit. I emailed asking them to try and correct it and they canceled my order for me which I could not do. Made me feel lots better. Their products are everything they say they are. Helped my toe that has gout. Just wore the item about 4 hrs and the pain was gone.”

“Love Back on Track products! I am a very active horse woman and have a lot of wear and tear on my body. I do not want to have surgeries at this point so I am wearing my back, wrist, knee and neck support! Keeps me going pain and inflamation free! And my horses warm up in their Back onTtrack sheets, and hock boots! Way better than copper products! And work faster too!”
