“By far my favorite company in the business! I purchased Polo Wraps, but all their products are just excelent, and what is even more present is their true intention to be great, as I have made a mistake in my order and the team solved my issue with the utmost respect and integrity. “I have multiple BoT products for both humans and horses. My horse loves the Royal Mesh sheet and it makes a noticeable difference in his comfort and mobility especially when starting out. The quick wraps are wonderful! We used those for a tendon and hoof rehab. They’re great shipping boots also! As for the human products we use the knee, elbow, wrist and ankle braces when needed and I sleep with the Mika gloves. They have helped with the arthritis in my hands. Wonderful products, fair prices and great service. Even my husband raves about their products.”

“I ordered a nella dog jacket, it’s super cute. Very well made, the fit is a little big but my dog is very oddly proportioned lol. I’d recommend this product to anyone, this company seems to really care about their products as well as the animals getting to use them!”

“I have many back on track products. All of my family uses them as well as all our animals. My only complaint is I recently ordered brushing boots and some of the stitching had not caught the Velcro. I reached out to customer service. Could not physically talk to anyone. Emailed and sent pictures but nothing resolved. Finally had to pay to have someone repair. Frustrating”

“I was very excited to recieve my regular dog coat item. Unfortunately, despite following measuring instructions, it was way too big. When I reached out to say my dogs chest is big and warrants a large (which he typically wears) but his length is small, and what should I do about the dilemma, the response was simply exchange it for a smaller size; not helpful. I decided to just go for a refund and was charged a $20 restocking fee because it was "full of hair". A complete exaggeration. I used a lint brush and a damp cloth and got most, but admittedly not all of his fur off. It's impossible to get it all without throwing it in the washing machine which would have also been a no-no I'm sure.”

I apologize the sizing on the first coat purchased was too large, so the best solution in this instance was to provide a return and refund to your preferred method of payment (card or store credit) so that you may purchase the correct item/size. We're more than happy to provide insight on sizing once measurements are provided. “I fully admit that I am a Back on Track junkie! We just moved up to a king size bed and I HAD to have a BOT mattress pad for it (as we did for our queen size bed). I sleep so well on it and it does help regulate temperature.”

“Purchased your Back on Track cob size horse halter. It fits my mare very nicely. It would be nice if they came with a break a way piece build into the halter so I did not have to buy and install one. Love the color and padding on the halter.”
