“Interesting I am asked to review a product I haven’t received yet. Now that I have the product. Fit measured by my vet. Very long otherwise looks okay.”

“The coat is a little long on Shir. I added a bit of extra 'hooks' velcro strip and that makes it fit better.”

“I recently bought a pair of riding gloves as a gift but they were not the right size. I reached out via email and got a response the next morning with a detailed explanation and a link to do an easy exchange. This response came back on a Sunday morning! Their customer service is the best I have come across in a very long time. I have bought gear for myself and family and blankets and pads for my horses. The product is above standard and of exceptional quality. I am so glad I was introduced to Back on Track and I will continue to support and recommend them.”

“I bought a fuzzy halter for my pony at the Equine Affair in Springfield, MA, and got the sale price, even though they didn't have any more in stock. They provided me with the sales price & mailed it to me, and it arrived promptly. The halter is super comfortable for the winter weather. I feel cozy sliding it on my pony's face. “Have 27 y.o. horse with severe DSLD on fores. He was very content to run his herd but obviously walking was becoming too painful. Equioxx was becoming less effective. These boots made a huge improvement in his pain level and has given him a little more time to boss his domain. I leave them on for a couple of weeks at a time before a break. I feel the heat increase when I put my fingers down into the wrap. I’m astonished at their effectiveness.”
