“I have used these products for over a decade and love them for both myself and my horses. Some of the human clothing sizes are a bit non standard but they're coming out with more cuts so I hope to find pants that fit one day!”

“I love my BoT products! I have and use a collection of horse products from hock wraps to quick wraps to sheets. As I have gotten older my collection has expanded to human products - knee braces and a wrist brace. I also have a scarf from way back when that I use for a variety of things.Everything holds up to frequent use.”

“It's early yet, I've only worn these one day. I have the wrist brace, lower leg brace, and polo shirt. Both braces offer firm support and are comfortable. The shirt is great. It's cut to fit without bulk and stays tucked in. For all 3 items, I cannot speak to the therapeutic benefits yet. Everyday is pain, so if one day is slightly less pain it's hard to say exactly what helped. I was hesitant to wear heat reflective items on a summer day. But they seem to breathe well. I intend to buy more of the same products, so I can wear some while others are being laundered. Then I'll know more about the long term affects of repetitive wear.”

“Back on Track's Trauma Void helmets were well rated on Virginia Tech's study. The Lynx fits me well, I like helmets that have the dial fit and think it's great it comes with an extra liner. I bought the wrong size, returning it and getting the correct one was very easy and fast. I'm very happy with my helmet and Back on Track was great.”

“Very frustrated with trying to make a return of a defective process. Picture upload was noted as optional but return request would not go through without it. Picture upload criteria very difficult to fulfill and even when accomplished, picture upload was not accepted and return request did not go through. No way for me to contact customer service more directly. Sent message through their contact us tab- I don't know if it actually went through or not. Have not heard back from the company.”

“Love all of Back On Track's products. They really work. As I type this, I am wearing a knee brace on each knee, and a wrist brace on my left wrist. Between my husband and myself, we have almost all of the products made for humans. Also, the company itself has super great customer service. I mean, SUPER GREAT customer service!!”
