“Still waiting for a return call about the quality of the logo I sent to use for my feather flag order. I am concerned that I will get a flag with poor visual quality.”

“THE CHECK BANNER I RECEIVED WAS FOLDED IN A BOX INSTEAD OF BEING ROLLED ON A TUBE WHICH LEFT CREASES EVERY 6". THIS WILL NOT BE USABLE AT OUR GALA. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT.”

“I needed a 1x12 banner but the csr said i could order a 2x12 and cut it myself. I can't believe custom sizes are not authorized. Needless to say, after ordering all my banners from your site, I ordered it elsewhere. Not good customer service. 😟”

“When I priced it out online the banners were around $58 each, I had to call in to get the tax exempt off not only did the banners go up from $50 to $80 but shipping doubled for a $130 total”

“It was fine. The vinyl on the banner though was a bit too hard and incredibly difficult to wrap back up.”

“Maybe our expectation were too high. The thickness of the banner was less than we expected and there were no holes in it to hang. We never recalled a place to select holes vs. no holes. We used high quality images and it was still grainy. It turned out to be more of a hassle to order this online.”

“My first order was handled exceptionally well. This one, I had difficulty reaching people and NEVER got to see a proof. While it is OK, it still has 3 words that are capitalized that should not be. I realize that sounds like a really small thing, but when you deal with veterinarians you want things right.”

“Designing and ordering was a breeze, but I ordered a banner 3' x 6' and it only measured 31" x 66". In addition, the banner was flimsy and not at all what I expected for a premium vinyl.”

“I tried to upload my logos so I could design my banner and had issues. I had to call and make the order and have not seen what the order looks like yet. I can not accurately rate how the banner looks because i have not seen it and don't have it.”

“We paid 36.00 for shipping ups ground and then they took it to a post office that doesn’t deliver to us. We had to drive 15 miles to pick it up.”
