“I have no idea how my product will look, it hasn't arrived. I received the wrong banner and the "expedited" delivery of the replacement didn't even ship for several days. The customer service reps I talked to were awesome, but production's follow thru hasn't impressed me or the client I ordered the banner for”

“I was very disappointed in the bait-and-switch pricing. The banner I ordered showed less than $11 all through the ordering process. After I placed my order I see that my Pay pal credit card was charged double what the order total showed. What’s up with that? How do you justify charging double after the transaction is entered?”

“IN THE BEGINNING IT WAS PLEASANT WITH THE FIRST TWO REPS THEN IT WENT DOWN HILL AFTER THAT I PLACED AN ORDER AND RECIEVED CONFORMATION THE ORDER HAD SHIPPED AFTER A FEW DAYS OF NOT RECEVING MY ORDER I CALLED BACK ONLY TO FIND OUT MY ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED NEEDLESS TO SAY I SPOKE WITH A GENTLMAN THERE WHO WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL OR CONCERNED THAT I HADNT RECIEVED MY ORDER I REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH SUPERVISOR HE WAS NOT VERY COMPASIONATE I HAD TO CALL BACK JUST TO ASK FOR A REFUND ON SHIPPING I LOVE THE ART DESIGN BUT CUTOMER SERVICE STINKS”

“Banners were supposed to vinyl and showed up fabric and some wording the wrong color. Have used them a few times in the past without a hitch but this order did not go so well.”

“The banner quality is decent however customer service and the shipping time are not good. They advertised a free “rush” shipping upgrade and said I’d get my banners within a couple days. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive for 9 days! Disappointed!!”

“Offered expedited shipping for free, but it took two weeks to get anyway so that was not helpful, and no discount was offered. The upload doesn't check for resolution quality, and trying to use the online help feature to upload higher res image didn't return any response.”

“I ordered a 2'x8' cloth banner with my bands name on it. I sized the lettering in the online design box, so that the letters would fit perfectly, and fill out as much of the banner as possible, for maximum visual impact. When I received the banner in the mail however, whoever printed it out, ignored my layout and shrank the letters to half the size. It's still functional, but it looks like a someone with no artistic ability or attention to detail printed it. Sigh.”

“I did it on a mobile phone, so it was very frustrating (but that has nothing to do with your site--I just needed to go to a desktop computer) just because of the challenges shrinking and enlarging the screen and fat-fingering. The part I did not like, is the poor options on shipping. The shipping costs were definitely inflated and extraordinarily large. Shipping should have been under $20-30 MAX. I tried to call, but you've automated everything and I couldn't reach a human to complain.”

“Could have been my mistake, but not happy. It should say MEN'S MINISTRY, not MEN"S MINISTRY. Single apostrophe, not double quote. Also, the colors of the text don't match. MEN'S MINISTY looks Green, not brown, as I would have liked.”
