“It was fine. The vinyl on the banner though was a bit too hard and incredibly difficult to wrap back up.”

“Maybe our expectation were too high. The thickness of the banner was less than we expected and there were no holes in it to hang. We never recalled a place to select holes vs. no holes. We used high quality images and it was still grainy. It turned out to be more of a hassle to order this online.”

“My first order was handled exceptionally well. This one, I had difficulty reaching people and NEVER got to see a proof. While it is OK, it still has 3 words that are capitalized that should not be. I realize that sounds like a really small thing, but when you deal with veterinarians you want things right.”

“Designing and ordering was a breeze, but I ordered a banner 3' x 6' and it only measured 31" x 66". In addition, the banner was flimsy and not at all what I expected for a premium vinyl.”

“The banner looks fine but shipping was overpriced. I also ordered tabs for the corners of the banner and they were not sent and I was not offered a full credit for them.”

“The banner itself is fine, except I purchased one with Grommets and did not receive that. Also had a few questions about my cancelled order. I did send an email last week and haven't heard back.”

“I tried to upload my logos so I could design my banner and had issues. I had to call and make the order and have not seen what the order looks like yet. I can not accurately rate how the banner looks because i have not seen it and don't have it.”

“We paid 36.00 for shipping ups ground and then they took it to a post office that doesn’t deliver to us. We had to drive 15 miles to pick it up.”

“Designing works better on a computer. Website is not mobile friendly. I can't comment on the quality of the banner because I received the wrong one. I'm sure it was a simple mistake. Maybe I will try again in the future.”

“I felt the ordering process was harder than it should have been. The quality of my banner was a disappointment. I felt the print quality was poor, it was not the right size, only the horizontal edges had a double hem.”

“There see, to issues with your system when designing the Banner Today. Also, when I completed the order and payment I got a response that said it was unable to complete the transaction and would not allow me to print the info. I received an email stating it was complete. So confused I called into the 800 number and was told there wasn't an issue.”
