“The printing looked great but it arrived with about 20 deep creases in it due to cardboard shipping container that got crushed in transit. Should come in sturdier containers. Called to complain, sent photos as requested, and was told another would be sent in time for event. Thought it was resolved based on pledge to replace. But that was not the case - later found out that reprint was not done because of short turnaround. Customer service ended up refunding us due to disappointing appearance and experience.”

“The design and ordering was fine, the delivery was not. I hadn't realized that UPS had delivered the banner until I glanced in the dirt and saw a crumpled box that was open on the end. The banner itself was very creased, something it seemed could have been avoided by rolling it more tightly. It was delivered in a timely manner, just disappointed by the packing job.”

“The people I dealt with were friendly and the banner came quickly. However, the shipping was a major disappointment. UPS left the the cardboard box in the dirt next to my house, the box was partially open, and the banner itself is creased all the way across. it seems like a banner company could have wound the banner up more tightly so as to avoid that.”

“I have ordered twice in the last month. white letters on blue background, simple. Background colors were not even close. the second banner looks awful. cant get my login to work, cant reset password. very expensive shipping. Dont think it is worth it to try them again.”

“THE CHECK BANNER I RECEIVED WAS FOLDED IN A BOX INSTEAD OF BEING ROLLED ON A TUBE WHICH LEFT CREASES EVERY 6". THIS WILL NOT BE USABLE AT OUR GALA. I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN IT.”

“I needed a 1x12 banner but the csr said i could order a 2x12 and cut it myself. I can't believe custom sizes are not authorized. Needless to say, after ordering all my banners from your site, I ordered it elsewhere. Not good customer service. 😟”

“When I priced it out online the banners were around $58 each, I had to call in to get the tax exempt off not only did the banners go up from $50 to $80 but shipping doubled for a $130 total”
