“Banner looks fine, but you forgot to put grommets on the corners, which I ordered and paid for. So now I have a banner I cannot hang. Useless.”

“The banner quality is decent however customer service and the shipping time are not good. They advertised a free “rush” shipping upgrade and said I’d get my banners within a couple days. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive for 9 days! Disappointed!!”

“Offered expedited shipping for free, but it took two weeks to get anyway so that was not helpful, and no discount was offered. The upload doesn't check for resolution quality, and trying to use the online help feature to upload higher res image didn't return any response.”

“I ordered a 2'x8' cloth banner with my bands name on it. I sized the lettering in the online design box, so that the letters would fit perfectly, and fill out as much of the banner as possible, for maximum visual impact. When I received the banner in the mail however, whoever printed it out, ignored my layout and shrank the letters to half the size. It's still functional, but it looks like a someone with no artistic ability or attention to detail printed it. Sigh.”

“I did it on a mobile phone, so it was very frustrating (but that has nothing to do with your site--I just needed to go to a desktop computer) just because of the challenges shrinking and enlarging the screen and fat-fingering. The part I did not like, is the poor options on shipping. The shipping costs were definitely inflated and extraordinarily large. Shipping should have been under $20-30 MAX. I tried to call, but you've automated everything and I couldn't reach a human to complain.”

“Could have been my mistake, but not happy. It should say MEN'S MINISTRY, not MEN"S MINISTRY. Single apostrophe, not double quote. Also, the colors of the text don't match. MEN'S MINISTY looks Green, not brown, as I would have liked.”

“the large banners were not clear, very blurry. Definitely did not look like the preview showed, nor did I get an error message as to resolution. I can't even use the large banners so will need to reorder elsewhere because they are not legible.”

“All the text was supposed to be the same color as the logo and the proof showed that. However, the banner we received had the “A Pregnancy Resource Center” still in blue! And this is the second time to get it correct.”

“Design and ordering was straight forward. No customer service! I emailed and called regarding where my order was and did not receive any reply back. I was sent an email stating my order had shipped and a “click here” for tracking, which does absolutely nothing. No tracking number, no customer service, still don’t know where my banner is!”
