“There are too many surprise charges at the end of checkout. By the end of checkout my order was 150% more expensive than the initial, and having the real price display at the end of checkout comes off as dishonest and intentional.”

“Image was blurry. I’m sure it’s because of the quality of my upload but my experience with other online sign companies has been that they would sharpen the edges on fonts and images automatically.”

“There should have been a accurate representation of what my banner would look like on the proof. The resolution seemed fine on the proof but when I received it, it was extremely blurry. Other companies send a warning and allow the resolution situation to be upgraded or the order changed. Also I ordered the banners with supports on the corners and they were shipped without being put on the banner. I was surprised with the upcharge for them that they were not already on the banner, this should be told the purchaser upfront.”

“Uploading the designs, ordering and paying was easy. I ordered 4 banners but only received 3. Imagine my surprise when one those wasn't even my design...I received someone else's order and couldn't return it so they could send it to the right person! Then I had to wait for the reprints and that put me behind schedule in prepping for the event that banners were for. When I did receive the missing banner and the one to replace the wrong on they sent, one of the designs I submitted apparently had low resolution so the final product was blurry. It would have been nice to have been informed that a higher resolution design was needed. Vista Print and other places I've order from in the past do this. I had to wait for the 2 banners that had to be reprinted and wasn't even offered a refund for the trouble. I went with this company to stretch my budget but after all is said and done, this option didn't save me anything at all. It may have even cost more. Will not be ordering from them again and do not recommend them.”

“The customer service response was slow, and once it was done it took 6 days to arrive. When the banners did arrive they did not have the gommets I paid for in my order.”

“The banner is fine; however when I ordered the banner extra grommets were to be added and it didn't happen. As for shipping it was very disappointing. Per UPS tracking the banner was to be delivered Thursday Jan 30th, as it turns out it was delivered to the Post office there was no prior mention to me of post office and I waited for the banner to be delivered to my home.”

“I asked immediately for my design to be checked to verify that the repeat logo was the same size via email. I got a response two days after it shipped and there was one spot where the logos overlapped.”

“I wasn’t happy with the image for this banner. The vinyl material is great however the image was very pixelated. I have ordered a banner before and I was very happy with it but this time I am quite disappointed. I guess it’s a hit or miss situation. I may have to consider another option for future projects.”

“Not pleased with new website. Had to have 4 phone conversations before finally ordered. Told something different every time. With the new site, when you save and go to choose what material and what grommets, it shows the banner not centered the way you see if when you are creating and also previewing. I'm hoping my banners come back correct. I've used you guys for many years and given your name out over and over.... if new website continues to be "not user friendly", I will look elsewhere :(”
