“The customer service response was slow, and once it was done it took 6 days to arrive. When the banners did arrive they did not have the gommets I paid for in my order.”

“The banner is fine; however when I ordered the banner extra grommets were to be added and it didn't happen. As for shipping it was very disappointing. Per UPS tracking the banner was to be delivered Thursday Jan 30th, as it turns out it was delivered to the Post office there was no prior mention to me of post office and I waited for the banner to be delivered to my home.”

“I asked immediately for my design to be checked to verify that the repeat logo was the same size via email. I got a response two days after it shipped and there was one spot where the logos overlapped.”

“I wasn’t happy with the image for this banner. The vinyl material is great however the image was very pixelated. I have ordered a banner before and I was very happy with it but this time I am quite disappointed. I guess it’s a hit or miss situation. I may have to consider another option for future projects.”

“Not pleased with new website. Had to have 4 phone conversations before finally ordered. Told something different every time. With the new site, when you save and go to choose what material and what grommets, it shows the banner not centered the way you see if when you are creating and also previewing. I'm hoping my banners come back correct. I've used you guys for many years and given your name out over and over.... if new website continues to be "not user friendly", I will look elsewhere :(”

“The order process to delivery was great. The design phase seemed simple to upload and have the system layout the image. When it arrived the logo did not keep the aspect ratio so it looks grainy and jagged. If you stay at least 20ft or more away it looks acceptable. I paid for the higher quality product at received a marginal product.”

“Design and ordering was fine. Too bad you guys lied about the "ships next day", I even called to confirm it would ship, was told it would, yet it didn't ship to the next day, and I got it to late and couldn't use it! I am still considering disputing the charge on my credit card since your company lied to me!”

“My EXP logo is really poor quality. It looks pixalated I should have been made aware of it so I could have sent a different version,larger size so it didn't get so fuzzy/pixalated.”

“Tried many many numerous times day after day to checkout using PayPal. After clicking PayPal for payment on your checkout page, I am sent to PayPal for verification, then PayPal sends me back to www3.bannersonthecheap.com, which your page indicates PAGE NOT FOUND. Finally I placed my order using my Mastercard. Allan B”

“All banners needed to be reprinted because of subpar production issues. Second time was the charm! Thankfully we were NOT ordering these last minute!! Premium vinyl banner did not hold up to windy conditions--grommets tore from banner! We'll know next time to try mesh and see how that works out. Fabric banners were hemmed which caused puckering, so probably will not be a repeat customer for those, but hung alright on wall when stretched a bit. Print was quality was good. Customer service very helpful, but for a first-time order have some concerns. Art Department was helpful making sure graphics were going to look good. Loved the pricing. Customer service found an even better deal than I was going for!”
