“Limited features to edit. Not even rotate. Printed colors off, red was salmon. Blurry, and wrinkled edges.”

“Love the website and the ease of ordering. I always recommend you but I just spent 17 minutes waiting to talk with someone about my order. And no one was available to chat either. It's a 30ft banner and will need grommets every 2 feet on the long sides.”

“This product is the lowest of quality jobs performed by Bannersonthecheap.com. I will continue to do business with this company as they have great customer service and are able to fix any problem. But, the printing and cutting of these banners was poor. The X-Banner large stands were of poor quality as 3 of them broke in the exact same spot. Obviously, a flaw in the design. I hope they improve upon the standard of quality I expect to see in the coming projects I send their way.”

“Normally, you guys are great, but the color on this one was light and I had several phrases that were the same color, weight and font, and all of them were right, but one, which was bolded and a very different color. It's in the middle of resolution now. I've ordered several times before and recommended you guys often, but this time was just a weird anomaly.”

“The bottom of the banner was folded over so the backside of the banner showed on the front and the bottom was wrinkled so it did not site straight. Unfortunately, I counted on quality from you and took it to our national conference without opening the shipping box. We were stuck hanging it "as is." I took pictures of the construction. We really should get our money back, it was that bad.”

“After being very satisfied with ordering two prior banners under the old web site, this time the process was very burdensome and I found the answers provided by the call center to lack good business sense, border on false advertising and not customer friendly.”

“I needed a banner to hang outside for a food festival. I paid extra for a banner made to be outside, thinking it would be a thicker vinyl. However, it was a mesh banner that was very difficult to see. They should have examples of the banners because when I previewed it, it didn't show the mesh. Also, there are add ons for everything, like grommets and holes, that seem high and make the banner a lot more. I wish I had gone to a local place because I would've gotten a thick vinyl banner for probably a cheaper price. I try to reuse my banners for different food festivals, but this one was so hard to see that it's going in the garbage and I will order a new one at a local place.”

“I struggled for hours with your regular site. Then I called and a rep transferred me over to your legacy site, which was very easy to design on. I spent hours on my designs only to find out that it somehow automatically switched me over to another company's site, BUILD A SIGN, Their site's design tools looked identical to yours and I didn't even realize for hours that I was on another company's site! That made checkout very confusing. Also, your site didn't save my designs from yesterday, despite that I saved them, so I had to redo my designs 3 times. Or maybe that's because of the other issue. I like your company but that whole mixup was totally confusing. Not sure how that could possibly happen.”

“Frustrating that the longer I worked on my banners (editing and such), the higher the price went. But if I googled "Banners on the cheap again and clicked on the cart, it gave me a better price. Did that several times until I got an acceptable price.”
