“Your website is frustrating, I always have a hard time logging in and all my orders don't come out. I have to be directed to the old website and it's just so frustrating. Banners are excellent, but website needs help.”

“I have ordered at least 7 banners in the last year and I just responded to a 50% off offer but when it came to shipping the cheapest was $17.00. That was more then the banner. I don't think so. I had to back out. Very disappointed.”

“From the proofing the banner looked correct. When I received it the banner was not what I asked for. The picture was supposed to fit the whole banner and not the middle.”

“Though your prices are GREAT, your design tool is very difficult to manipulate. I am very experienced in these types of tools but this one almost made me want to give up and go elsewhere.”

“Not sure why my previous design wasn't saved with my previous email. The site has no log-in option. I had a slight change to the last sign i made and I had to redesign the sign, which was a little bit of a hassle.”
