“I'm not sure if Banners on the Cheap is under new management or what, but they used to pick up the phone immediately. I was on hold for 15 minutes today, and the phone service rep told me she couldn't place my order since my file size was too large and was ready to kick me off the phone. I informed her that I've done this many times and she finally put me through to the art department... and thank goodness there were knowledgeable people there who know what they are doing. I was finally able to order my banner after Dropboxing my art to them. A service from the art department. D- service from all others.”

“My first banner was messy and on the picture It looked like it would be fine. It was very pixelated and not crisp at all. So do I have to use your templates to not get this effect ?”

“The system is running super slow. I had to redo the banner from scratch 4 times to have it save and be able to be ordered. System would not allow me to add a second image so i have to just go with it. Website needs to be worked on.”

“My first order included a "feather" flag. I used the "chat" function to ask if the "pole" was included for inside of the "feather" and the chat rep said it was. I received the "feather" flag but not the pole. Now I am spending another $100 for the "pole and stand" which apparently the pole is the "hardware" that no one told me about either online or in the chat. Please think about changing your descriptions to include what is included and what is not included.”

“You changed the promotion in the middle of my transaction. I had to erase all of my cookies in order to get the correct promotional price and if I log into my account to retrieve my design, the promotion changes as well. What a terrible business practice”

“The website said 55% off but my account was having an issue. They told me to login to the old site as they were having difficulty with the new. When I logged into the old when and completed my order, the discount was only 35%. Not fair.”

“I payed for two day shipping for my banner to arrive on an event that was seven days away. The banner arrived 10 days later, three days after my event. The company did say they would refund my shipping fee.”

“Very confusing. It says Ships in 24 Hour- RUSH! But I am not sure what day it will arrive. My daughter has graduation Thursday morning-I need the banner by Tuesday(June 9) -in two days but the delivery options are contradictory. I must have the banner ASAP but cannot accept the high delivery charge. Also- I contacted chat but did not get an answer- I called and no answer with the 877 tel. Please contact me- I must know that the banner will arrive in time.”
