“Designing was fairly easy, but your system robbed me of almost two hours of my life, trying to place the order with both the correct shipping address AND the correct billing address, instead repeatedly defaulting to using an old previous address of mine for both, and leaving me no option to edit it becore confirmation.”

“i dont really know yet. Discounted price went up a lot after shipping cost. Called for support no one answered did call back keeping place in line to make sure design and everything was right but no call back as of yet so if it comes quickly and looks like what I want with good quality then I can update, for now, not impressed but will wait and see”

“No holes, no binding, no folds. The last order I didn't receive exactly what I wanted. I want the raw edge. Was unresponsive to what I actually wanted. Hoping this order will come out better. If I receive what I want I will write a better review.”

“This is my second order....your art department has been poor in follow up. I have waited many days to here back. C19 is an issue but Im sure the art department is working from home. I hate making people feel bad but follow up was very bad.”

“I have been using this site for years... and recently it is more difficult to operate the editing aspect... also, I had trouble making payments it would not accept my cards so I had to use PayPal. I kept getting the http 500 error message each time I tried to pay. Thanks and hope this helps give insight on improving your site.”
