“Rep didn't know the website changed. Use same design button no longer there. Tried emailed design but it changed the borders. Had to reconstruct design from scratch.”

“Design and ordering were simple. My disappointment is in the shipment. My banner was smashed and crinkled. It is terrible.”

“Ordering was easy, but we didn’t get what we ordered. We wanted a 48x48 banner and they were 44x44. We wanted to use them to cover some windows and would have covered nicely, but now there is a big gap on each side. It’s also see through, which if we had known we wouldn’t have used the fabric and would have stuck to vinyl.”

“i left my number twice for the art department, instead of waiting in the phone line. I never received a return phone call. I had wanted the background of the banner to be royal blue instead of brown..”

“Design was as ordered for OMG look who's 8, but the banner I originally ordered from you with this banner did not arrive on time, so it was not used. when speaking with customer service they said I would be reimbursed for the banner as well as the extremely costly delivery charge. I was only reimbursed for the delivery fee.”

“Sales price was not the same as advertised on the email I had received. Also the link to a previous design took me to your old editor and it was malfunctioning and impossible to copy to the new editor, which is superior.”

“Well my base price changed from $17 to $20 after before any taxes or shipping fees were added and there was no explanation of the $3 difference. The process of uploading a pic and setting up the banner and checking out was fairly straightforward.”

“Placed order in cart, completed purchase through PayPal, it caused a URL error, then brought me to a new site with no access to my account. Had to get a link to the old website through chat and complete purchase, used credit card this time since it seems that the switching from PayPal back to the site is failing.”

“I HAVE TRIED TO CALL A FEW TIMES AND I TALKED WITH SOMEONE THAT WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. NOT HAPPY WITH SOME OF THE WAY THE SITE IS SET UP OR HOW THE GUY WAS WITH ME.”

“Designing was fairly easy, but your system robbed me of almost two hours of my life, trying to place the order with both the correct shipping address AND the correct billing address, instead repeatedly defaulting to using an old previous address of mine for both, and leaving me no option to edit it becore confirmation.”
