“When using site at www3.bannersonthecheap.com, Paypal sends you back to www.bannersonthecheap.com and no page found error results. I had to manually add '3' after www in the URL to finish the transaction.”

“I don't like the updated format. I like the old format where I could change each line color of wording of letters and expand or shrink the wording. Too much unproductive space on the banner. The idea is to get the words as large as possible for the intended to view and begin as far away as possible. I suggest you go back to letting your customers design the banner they want it. If there is a way to do this, I certainly was unable to figure it out. I have ordered multiple banners from you in the past but I'll be shopping your competition.”

“the site was telling me that the banners were at 28.97 and when i got to the check out it came out for $34.28”

“The site only allows you to pay via paypal, and when you want it shipped somewhere other than your billing address, it also defaults your billing address to the shipping address. It took me three tries to figure it out and now I'm going to have to call customer service to see if they can change it. Too frustrating. I hope the product doesn't reflect the buying experience.”

“Kept getting errors on check out. Would not accept my credit card payment. I tried 7 or 8 times. Gave up and switched to PayPal using the same card. I was getting "Unknown Network Error".”

“I hope that my order will arrive by tomorrow. I hope that the quality is good. This is my first time using the service. Customer Service agent either put me on hold for an extremely long time or hung up. Needs improvement.”

“The design interface is great. The email I received that I clicked read that I would get 55% off. However, after I designed my banner, and went through check-out, it appears to me that I only got about 35% off. Seems like bait and switch to me. Depending upon the quality of the banner and the turn-around time on the order--I may or may not use Banners on the Cheap again, due to the bait and switch tactic. i will wait to see how the order turns out to decide whether or not to report Banners on the Cheap to the Federal Trade Commission.”
