“I started my order with a 50% Black Friday coupon. Just before I click on purchase the coupon was switched to a 35% Black Friday Coupon. I had to back track and be careful because of the switcheroo they tried to play.”

“I selected mesh banner and then went through the options and it switched it to vinyl. My fault I missed it, but pain in the ass now that I have to reorder and pay again for shipping and another banner!”

“Banner on the Cheap.... needs to corrent the shifting of the discount.... my current order was made with an e-mail generated 50% discount on all products with deadline for ordering 11/15/ 2020 @ 11:59 pm.... my order was completed on 11/15/2020 @ 12 15 pm and discount shifted from 50% to 35% at checkout over eleven hours before 50% over deadline.. I have been using banner on the cheap for over 10 years spending over $1,500 a year on their productions...,,, beware of the preported discounts”

“I could not upload my PDF file. I created a temporary banner saying not to print it until I phone you on Nov. 16th for help in uploading my design. I hope that works and you don't print my place-holder banner. I wanted to take advantage of your 45% discount which ends on Nov. 15th.”

“Shipping is a joke, if you pick a premium banner it’s cheaper Shipping even though it should weigh more. I paid $7.50 for shipping 5 months ago for the same item.”

“Designing the banner was difficult. I also didn’t like knowing the shipping cost till the final checkout. If I would of known shipping was so high I would of worked with a different vendor”

“the design and submitting material was excellent easy to do,. very good t's the bait and switch on the costs the payment method of hiking the original prices that were sitting in the cart when I went back to a switch an option (no grommets) and then checkout/pay pay...the original 50% discount decreased to 35% discount and the shipping costs increased from original $17 to $21 approx. the Free Rush of 5-6 days. and if it was on a time clock for that sale it indicated had couple hours left on till expiration. I was going to get 3 of each but had to settle on one of each order as a result.”
