“I hope that my order will arrive by tomorrow. I hope that the quality is good. This is my first time using the service. Customer Service agent either put me on hold for an extremely long time or hung up. Needs improvement.”

“They jack up the prices after you put in the time and effort. Then hit you with very high shipping rates. Very basic editing software.”

“The design interface is great. The email I received that I clicked read that I would get 55% off. However, after I designed my banner, and went through check-out, it appears to me that I only got about 35% off. Seems like bait and switch to me. Depending upon the quality of the banner and the turn-around time on the order--I may or may not use Banners on the Cheap again, due to the bait and switch tactic. i will wait to see how the order turns out to decide whether or not to report Banners on the Cheap to the Federal Trade Commission.”

“Creating the banner was frustrating because it did not want to remove pictures to replace with a different one. Shipping is outrageous! It was more than the banner and it was to be delivered in 5-6 days.”
