“I was confused on the pricing for these banners because YESTERDAY the website listed the price for these same banners as $17 with the discount and today, they are $40! I even showed the pricing to my boss yesterday.”

“I have ordered banners from yall in the past and it has not been a problem. This time I spent 2 hours and went through 5 different agents to order my very simple banner. Agents were rude and acted like I was a bother because I was having trouble navigating your website.”

“When using site at www3.bannersonthecheap.com, Paypal sends you back to www.bannersonthecheap.com and no page found error results. I had to manually add '3' after www in the URL to finish the transaction.”

“I don't like the updated format. I like the old format where I could change each line color of wording of letters and expand or shrink the wording. Too much unproductive space on the banner. The idea is to get the words as large as possible for the intended to view and begin as far away as possible. I suggest you go back to letting your customers design the banner they want it. If there is a way to do this, I certainly was unable to figure it out. I have ordered multiple banners from you in the past but I'll be shopping your competition.”

“the site was telling me that the banners were at 28.97 and when i got to the check out it came out for $34.28”

“The site only allows you to pay via paypal, and when you want it shipped somewhere other than your billing address, it also defaults your billing address to the shipping address. It took me three tries to figure it out and now I'm going to have to call customer service to see if they can change it. Too frustrating. I hope the product doesn't reflect the buying experience.”

“Kept getting errors on check out. Would not accept my credit card payment. I tried 7 or 8 times. Gave up and switched to PayPal using the same card. I was getting "Unknown Network Error".”
