“Designing the banner was difficult. I also didn’t like knowing the shipping cost till the final checkout. If I would of known shipping was so high I would of worked with a different vendor”

“the design and submitting material was excellent easy to do,. very good t's the bait and switch on the costs the payment method of hiking the original prices that were sitting in the cart when I went back to a switch an option (no grommets) and then checkout/pay pay...the original 50% discount decreased to 35% discount and the shipping costs increased from original $17 to $21 approx. the Free Rush of 5-6 days. and if it was on a time clock for that sale it indicated had couple hours left on till expiration. I was going to get 3 of each but had to settle on one of each order as a result.”

“This is a purchase for the First Baptist Church of Piedmont, SC. We should not have to pay sales tax as we have a tax exemption. Secondly, you forced us to buy spikes and bags when we will have permanent fixtures in the ground. We only asked for flags and poles. This is unfortunate and seems a questionable business practice.”

“When I placed the order it never stated that the flags did not include the poles. I just received my order #90070951 and the print on the logo is blurry. I'm on the phone with customer support trying to see why this occurred.”
