I tried the chat room unsuccessfully - I waited and waited for the person to answer my question, and she never did, she obviously was chatting with many people I called, loooooooooong wait on phone I did a call back - it took three times - but the third person was able to help me Lots of wasted time!!!!!

Last order I placed, the text in the banner was much smaller than what I had ordered. I would like someone to contact me for approval before processing an order that is different than what I ordered. Thanks

Design software is not user friendly...took way too long to design. Also, the shipping is twice as much as the banner. Terrible!!!

Normally when I submit a banner design I receive an email if the quality of the images is low and the end product will be low quality. In this instance I did not receive any such warning and had to pay a disposal fee even though both agents I expressed my concerns to clearly told me the images were pixelated and would only work if a customer was standing far away from the banner. Unfortunately, the banners were already in production so alterations could not be made. Being that I am a regular customer it would be nice to know that I would either be contacted when image quality is too low or be waived the disposal fee when I call to express concerns over the image quality and am told that it is obvious that the end product will be bad. If I hadn't figured it out for myself, I wouldn't have found out until I received the banners too late to reorder. The people who approve these expenses only do so because I can get quality at a better price than what they believe that quality should cost. However, if the quality isn't there my banner budget wont be either.

I was unable to put the design template completely on my computer. Formatting was non existent. I settled for whatever I could get since I needed this banner quickly. I would have like to design it my way but it was impossible. Each time I asked to add a text box, the template covered any visual I had. I cannot access any font choices, nor can I add images ( like my logo--kind of important). The template shuts out any options to move, or placement. Reducing the screen was futile. There was no space to work. I am not satisfied with my final project, but settled with it and accepted it. Contacting your company was not an option, as I received a notice to phone. Might try it, not sure it will make any difference. Please review how customers work through your site. Your product is good, shipping is quick, it is just trying to design is frustrating and horrible.

It said that shipping was $9 and then when I checked out, it went up to $17. By that time, I had already spent hours working on it. I do not appreciate this sudden change. That's not honest business.

Your website was no working very well and it took me all day to order. Your staff was good but still a bad experience as your systems we not working correctly. I couldnt upload to your FTP site and then the discount wasnt coming up as it should.
