“Your doubled shipping charge from one day to the next. Sales tax was inflated. Info from your telephone rep was incorrect regarding how to correct this. Needed the sign or would not have done business with you.”

“I don’t like the fact I went to your site 5 times and each time the price changes and got higher and higher. That is ridiculous the shipping kept going up and the prices all in the same day.”

“Maybe it was just me but this wasn’t easy I kept trying to turn my sign horizontal and I couldn’t. My first order was finalized wrong and I was over charged so they said they credited me but I haven’t received the credit to date! So I’m trying this again I hope it all works”

“The clear tabs that they sold to me came off the banner in less than one day. Steer clear of the clear tabs. There was nothing wrong with the banner itself, other than the fact that I have no idea now how I am going to hang this banner.”

“The banner's text displayed incorrectly. It was supposed to display across the width of banner, instead it displayed lengthwise. I should get a refund on that previous order.”

“I have a problem with the banners I ordered and received. I submitted a explanation three week ago (June 13, 2020) with no response to date. In my explanation I alerted the company that there is a ordering problem with their website. When ordering a 5 x 3 ft. vertical banner, their website has a design flaw and the banners I received did not utilize the 5 x 3 ft area for my design.”
