“This is my second order....your art department has been poor in follow up. I have waited many days to here back. C19 is an issue but Im sure the art department is working from home. I hate making people feel bad but follow up was very bad.”

“You advertised 45% off and when I went to check out it was only 35% off. We are a non-profit 501c(3) and try to save money where ever we can because we are self funding.”

“Your program to design the banner was extremely hard to use and the clip art was not the greatest. But, I am happy with how it turned out on the screen. Now, I'm hoping the quality if good. Only needs to last one day.”

“I have been using this site for years... and recently it is more difficult to operate the editing aspect... also, I had trouble making payments it would not accept my cards so I had to use PayPal. I kept getting the http 500 error message each time I tried to pay. Thanks and hope this helps give insight on improving your site.”

“I have not received the product so this review is solely based on my experience leading up to receipt of the final product. 1. The Website is clunky, editing the designs seems to work fine and seems to be where they put the majority of the investment in. However we had multiple login issues, it took me 4 times to put the credit card info in and get it to accept payment. Overall, the site needs a major overhaul. 2. Could not reach any live person by phone due to limited hours or just no one answering. 3. Email inquiries to try and resolve issues Were Not Responded Too, even after many days. Of course their auto generating system sent some emails showing the order was rejected but again, no response to direct questions from the customer. Even if this is the best banner I've ever laid my hands and eyes on... I will probably not utilize this site Ever Again ( the only caveat would be to take advantage of an amazing discount, like 60 percent off or so. ).”

“I have been ordering banners from this site for years. It has always been super easy and affordable. Lately since they started changing their website and login options, it has been very time consuming to find my account to log in, let alone get the advertised discount from the emails sent to me. I have been happy until recently the process has been frustrating and time consuming. Hopefully they will figure things out and make it easy again.”

“I chose to design my own banner for my struggling restaurant during COVID-19 pandemic. Pretty easy process. Though it printed beautifully, quality was very poor. My banner split in two different places within five hours of going up.”
