“I have ordered at least 7 banners in the last year and I just responded to a 50% off offer but when it came to shipping the cheapest was $17.00. That was more then the banner. I don't think so. I had to back out. Very disappointed.”

“From the proofing the banner looked correct. When I received it the banner was not what I asked for. The picture was supposed to fit the whole banner and not the middle.”

“Though your prices are GREAT, your design tool is very difficult to manipulate. I am very experienced in these types of tools but this one almost made me want to give up and go elsewhere.”

“Not sure why my previous design wasn't saved with my previous email. The site has no log-in option. I had a slight change to the last sign i made and I had to redesign the sign, which was a little bit of a hassle.”

“When I ordered, I talk with the agent regarding my concerns if the pic will look good printed. He said that they would contact me if it did not. Well, I feel that the white halo over my head doesn't look great.”

“The 50% discount was showing up in the cart until I went to process the order. Once I went to the payment screen, my discount went from $500 to only $370. It's a bait and switch situation. While I still appreciate the discount, it was not the advertised discount I was promised.”

“COULDN'T WORD WHAT I WANTED... YOUR TYPE SIZE (FONT) WOULD NOT HOLD... KEPT CHANGING FONT SIZE, FORCING ME TO CHANGE WORDING THAT I WAS TRYING TO DO TO GET IT IN THE SPACE AVAILABLE. YOUR WEB SITE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK TO ALLOW YOUR CUSTOMERS TO MAKE THE SIGNS THEY WANT TO MAKE... NOT EASY TO CONTROL WORDING VS. FONT SIZE.”

“Yall are very deceiving. When I used the link for the 50% discounted offer through my email, the total came to $42.50. I cancelled that order and did a google search for your website and used the 45% off discount. When I got to the checkout on that one, the price was $34.23. It has to do with the shipping. The first shipping cost was $14.64 the second timed it was $8.63.”

“Color and image came out good. I upgraded to heavier vinyl, but it is not the material quality I expected. Sadly, the banner came with multiple creases and divots rendering it unusable for any presentation. It needs to be rolled around a rigid tube to avoid this happening again.”
