“Designing works better on a computer. Website is not mobile friendly. I can't comment on the quality of the banner because I received the wrong one. I'm sure it was a simple mistake. Maybe I will try again in the future.”

“I felt the ordering process was harder than it should have been. The quality of my banner was a disappointment. I felt the print quality was poor, it was not the right size, only the horizontal edges had a double hem.”

“The preview of the design looked great on the website, but when we received the banner, the pictures were pixelated. From a distance, it seems okay, but close up it looks awful.”

“There see, to issues with your system when designing the Banner Today. Also, when I completed the order and payment I got a response that said it was unable to complete the transaction and would not allow me to print the info. I received an email stating it was complete. So confused I called into the 800 number and was told there wasn't an issue.”

“It was simple to order and design. I did however only receive my vertical banner and stand. In fact, the stand is dented. I don’t have time to wait for a reorder since I have an event today n tomorrow. I will just make it work. When will I receive my banner that I ordered as well? Thanks much.”

“The experience on the website was okay. I like how the art dept. allows you to setup the banner, however there are no measuring and distance features built into the art creator to help guide where your art is being placed on the canvas. So you are "eye balling" everything. I called the art department and they reviewed my art over the phone and their computer and said it looked fine. When printed and arrived the logo and my text is off-center both horizontally and vertically. The banner was cheap but quality of art and layout was also a bit "cheap". A bit frustrating. Guest service has been good, however.”

“Ordering was easy. The banner came in a timely manner. The color green I ordered came much darker and you can't see the words on it. The picture is blurry. They could have called and said something before printing it. It was clear on the internet when I ordered but came blurry and darker than what was displayed.”

“The website experience was fine, but the shipping is not. My box was crushed and the banner has a million creases in it that won’t come out. I called and sent an email to your customer service yesterday but have not heard back.”

“The design process was great. Really easy to make your own banners. My only complaint, and it’s big enough to perhaps keep me from using Banners on the Cheap again, is about the rapacious shipping fees. It cannot possibly cost what you’re charging. It’s almost as much as you charge for the banner and feels like a dirty trick. Why not just charge a little more for the banner and then a reasonable shipping fee? If I hadn’t put a lot of time into designing two banners, the shipping fees would have been a deal-breaker for me. I went ahead with the purchase but am left with a bad taste in my mouth because of the ridiculously high shipping fee.”

“Banner material is good but the grommets are terrible. There are 6 grommets but only 2 are properly secured; the others were half way falling out (one actually fell out as I pulled it out of the mail bag). I wanted to use this banner for classes but the gromments were installed poorly. They fell out and you can see that they cut the seams - so I can't use the banner as intended. I contacted the company and sent pictures of the damage and the grommets. Hoping they will make me a replacement banner from the regular vinyl material (the gromments on the vinyl banners work well).”
