“This is the second time I am placing an order for my banner, the first time the order was cancelled and I was never informed! This second order should be expedited shipping for free!”

“I couldn't rotate the banner, so I had to create the whole thing sideways, and then it took me a week to figure out how to actually check out because your system is all broken and messed up. because My cards address didn't match up to the billing address. FIX YOUR STUFF!!!”

“I'm horribly disappointed that my order was canceled last minute and that I had kids waiting for the banners for graduation.. The shipping to have them here on time, cost $112! More than the order itself!”

“I had placed this same order on 5/13, to just find out that it did not ship. there was never an email sent to me stating it was encrypted like the customer service agent said. I need this banner to ship out immediately without any extra cost to me.”

“Your website is insane and confusing to try to design anything on. Registering for your site is also a nightmare. I won't be ordering from you again due to these issues!! The only thing that made me return to the site was the instant email I got asking if I wanted to complete my order. THAT was a good move on your part, and I got it done. But the table runner I ordered was NOT what I wanted because I couldn't get your HORRIBLE text boxes to move correctly, and I tried to put an image on it too, but again...the site wouldn't let me move it where I wanted it. Terrible!! Frustrating!! I had to start over and settle for type only. Get someone who knows how to design and have them fix this site and make it easier.”
