Your website is insane and confusing to try to design anything on. Registering for your site is also a nightmare. I won't be ordering from you again due to these issues!! The only thing that made me return to the site was the instant email I got asking if I wanted to complete my order. THAT was a good move on your part, and I got it done. But the table runner I ordered was NOT what I wanted because I couldn't get your HORRIBLE text boxes to move correctly, and I tried to put an image on it too, but again...the site wouldn't let me move it where I wanted it. Terrible!! Frustrating!! I had to start over and settle for type only. Get someone who knows how to design and have them fix this site and make it easier.

I had to be put on hold for 43 minutes then after she transferred me to so called art department then he hung up SUCH A TERRIBLE SERVICE..

I submitted an order yesterday for 3 banners. I just received an email saying that 2 of the banners needed to be resubmitted and paid for again. Meanwhile, refund for first order won't be issued for another 14 days. Now, shipping is more because the items weren't bundled together and I am one day closer to when they needed. On hold with the "Love Team" now trying to get things figured out.

HUGE issues with them not putting my order through to production in time despite me interfacing with humans on phone support (and following their directions and protocols) to ensure this could and would happen. Then, once their error was discovered, they were unwilling to give me express shipping so I could get my product in time for my event (which was totally possible). Ended up having to spend TRIPLE the amount to get it rush printed locally and they tried to charge me a cancellation fee for their errors. Very disappointed. BUYER BEWARE.

Placed order at 3/25, this company said Banners will arrive at 4/3 3/26 I received a email said because it's a big banner so, they want me proved they can print the banner or I can send other file, in that time I like their customers service. I emailed back and send other file in, I got email back very soon said the file received. At 4/3 , I did not receive my banners, I called them, the service team lady said they email me , but I did not reply it, when I told her I did, she getting become rude..... Finally, she said we can not open your file... in the begging she said I did not reply the email.. she tried to blame to me. when she found it she blame to me again, said the file can not opened, is it the company training rule? Everything is customer fault. Now, I still did not get any email said need other file or tell what's next step.
