“I order the 3 sided table cloth and a banner. The banner was fine the table cloth not. I designed words on the front side and the two side ends, three time. Bannersonthecheap's website kept rearranging things when I went to review it before placing the order . When I received the table cloth the words on the side ends wrapped over to the top of the table. I did not design it this way. why would I put some of the words on top of a table that would be covered by my product. Since then I have been going back forth through email trying to get the situation fixed. In the end I was told they printed it correctly but I could get 80% of my money back if I call a number. I call the number and it is a completely different company!! I go back to my original order to get a different number. I am then shuffled around form one person to another and then told another has to decided. after 10 minutes of waiting I was told I can stay on the line for even longer and maybe receive a full refund or take take the 80%. I took the 80% and will never promote or recommend you. This is in fact the first one star and complaint I have ever left. No thank you for the experience.”

“I have been ordering my business banners from them for over a decade. All the sudden they put a stop on my order and tell me it is a substandard download. (Same one I have been sending for years). The when I answer their email they tell me it will taker 2 or 3 days to get to the email I just sent. Well guess what? I cancelled my order and found another company that will give me the exact same banners for LESS and they send it faster for less.. Thanks Banners on the Cheap. I wouldn't have found them if you hadn't rewarded my loyalty by causing me so many problems.”

“the design interface is bad, the preview and the proof looked different but you couldnt modify it. if my banner comes with a white bar across the top i will be contacting for a refund.”

“This company sent me the wrong sign. I lost a sponsor over this. Order was placed in plenty of time and when my order came in instead of a sponsor for my car show I received a Party Parking sign. Company said they could have new sign made then backed out at last minute. Took no responsibility for the mistake they made and offered no compensation for lost sponsorship. Poor business practice.”

“Trying to change text size was impossible. No back arrow abilities so it kept defaulting to an old version. When I clicked on the "custom color" palette, it would cause the page to go blank and then come back as the old version. I have used your service probably 50X in the past, but it has gotten worse ... or at least stayed the same while others have improved.”

“I ordered several banners and have had nothing but trouble getting them delivered. They keep sending me emails but don’t answer my returns. I don’t understood how a company that operates like this stays in business. Stay clear.”
