“You didn't give us the 50% off you promised us in your last email before we ordered. You didn't say we had to click on the email to get the 50% off. We clicked on it afterwards and it would have given us 50% off. Please fix and give us the credit.”

“I have been a customer for years and have been attempting to place an order now for 2 days because your system would not allow me to sign on to my existing account where I had worked on drafts of the project that I am currently working on. My account and history was somehow deleted and I had to create another account and start again.”

“I waited on the phone for an hour, two days in a row to get someone on the phone to help me. Once I reached someone, I was transferred to the design team, who was unable to help me at all with anything design related. They actually made the design worse, and kept saying they didn't have access to anything design tools to help. This was unbelievable for a "design department". Then after working on the design for several hours myself, I kept saving my design work, however it never actually saved even though the message it kept giving me was saying "saving your work.' This is a very poor system and poor customer service overall. Very frustrating.”

“Complaint filed with The Federal Trade Commission Sept. 12, 2024. BUYER BEWARE!!! They lied to me about my order three times and a high school student is now walking across the field with her parents on senior night without her banner because this company did not deliver it. Ordered on August 3o. SHAME on this company for this despicable service!”
