“complete hassel with orders and then check out process. Usually it is easy, not this time at all, and no customer service at all. Who can wait 2 to 3 business days for a reply?”

“Received an email 7 days after the order and on the day the order was supposed to arrive that the order was canceled and I would have to re-order and the money already taken from my account would be refunded. Needless to say very disappointed.”

“Misleading wording on website about the cost of a banner until you start adding things to it which isn't clear in the beginning. I will look for another alternative to printing our signage and we order from you regularly.”

“It is deceptive trade practice to increase the standard shipping charges for the same items as you change the "advertised percentage discount" you offer on the products... i.e. you say 55% off but you increase the shipping as you give a higher discount!”

“Called for some assistance regarding banner and banner stand sizing, took the option for a call back because of wait. call was disconnected. agent didn't call back. waited a while called back. Took the call back option again. Got the same agent, who was unable to answer questions about banner stand height, and banner fit.... then Call disconnected a second time.”

“Felt like a scam. Price kept changing for no reason, and shipping prices are extremely high. If I was not in a rush to get this banner, I would have found a different company.”

“I spent too many hours on this. Tried to design and order banners. Failed to add to cart multiply times. Representative told me it was a glitch when you saved the design. In order to work around that, you cant save the design. I had to start fresh and recreate the banner designs. Not user friendly at all and had I known it'd be such a headache, I would've tried a new banner vendor, if I had to dedicate that much time to it. I definitely will research other vendors next time a banner is needed.”
