“shipping should be standard for all orders - regardless of discount. The larger the discount - the larger the shipping Bottom line - its not really a discount - its always about the same price with a few dollars - Kinda sad for a small business like ours Mentioned that to my last rep - she asked me stay on the line for a survey - but she hung up instead”

“When I selected TWO of the same Feather Flags, it raised the price from 162 to 174. (approx) This is absurd and poor poor poor quality customer service.”

“gGreat choices for pre published designs but it was terribly hard to edit the designs. Difficult to do on a phone, maybe it's easier on a computer. Kept selecting 2 x 8 and the proof kept coming back as 4 x 8. Had to re-do the design 3 times to get the proof to finally publish at 2 x 8. Hope the finished product comes as expected, crossing my fingers. Shipping is expensive.”

“Not totally satisfied. When I designed my order on Monday, the shipping cost was $9.99. Today it was $16.76. I tried calling, but got cut off twice. Also, I received a 50% discount - thank you, however,, today I received an email that everything was 55% off. My order discount was only 50%. Not wanting to totally start from scratch, I stuck with the 50%. This banner is now costing me roughly $7.00 mor than it should.”

“Although you I am giving you a poor review, it started off at $33 and all I did was add grommets to it which is another four dollars however the first time I went to go through the process it was three dollars and then shipping was originally $7.95 and then I went to go to the checkout page, and then it was $15.95 the price of shipping doubled and so the 50% off prime deal was not such a deal because it cost nearly the exact same price from Cosco. However you are three dollars cheaper. Nonetheless a completely shady experience with your company, I will definitely let people know to be aware that the advertised price is not the end price that you pay. Signed completely disappointed”

“I ordered 4x10 banner all the lettering was put on one end of the banner,instead of centering it so now i have alot of blank space on one end,and they didn't do anything to correct it.”

“My boyfriend (druonysus@gmail.com) tried doing this same order. His came out cheaper by around $25 but also wouldn't register the correct address, even though he typed it in correctly multiple times. That's why I set up a different account to get this done, but it's REALLY frustrating.”

“The designer software needs a lot of love. 1) Clip art wasn't labeled properly (for example, "tank" appeared under "gun", and "vehicle", but only one appeared under "war" and none appeared under "tank". I also couldn't find the tanks under any category. 2) Not having an ability to mirror images or clip art was frustrating. 3) Being semi-forced to align objects on the designer tool means I had to zoom in a lot to try and force the alignment tool to not engage. Need an option to not use alignment so I can make composites of clip art. 4) Clip art is either extremely detailed (holy cow you have a lot of gun types), or extremely sparse. More variety is important. 5) Italisizing fonts doesn't seem to work. I would also love to see a shipping estimate before check out. I was hesitant to use your company because I wasn't sure when it would arrive in time. Now that I got to checkout I know I can use it.”
