“I have to sit around and wait to request a proof via chat, instead of the proof being emailed to me when it is ready. I don't have time to wait. I cancelled my order and purchased from another site with better service.”

“Design system is awful. I put the text within the margins but when I hit continue all the text dropped down when I went back to edit and made the font bigger and hit continue then the letters were not on the banner. Also, I ordered 3 banners they were supposed to be 8x2 but all the back and forth editing the design it kicked out the 8x2 and put the 8x3 back in and instead of someone sending a message to say are you sure this is the size you want, nope made this banner anyway. If this companies ordering process would keep what you checked this would have never happened so I had to spend more money to get the correct size banner. So be very careful when you are ordering from this company. Oh and I called them because I was concerned with size of font not matching the lady told me it was ok but the letters on one banner are larger.”

“WOULDNT UPLOAD MY PDF. IT WAS 3.4MB WHICH IS UNDER THE REQUESTED SIZE. HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER WEBSITE AND PAY TO HAVE IT CONVERTED TO JPG.”

“I’m extremely frustrated. I called in several times yesterday and today to have my items received by August 11, 2022 and to receive an additional 40%. I was told that calling in just before paying would ensure that the 40% off could be applied. I called in before 5 and was told that your call volume was high and asked to hold. The sale price of the items was removed , a manual discount code was applied that did NOT reflect the original shopping cart total I was quoted (with the 40% my total including 2nd day shipping should have reflected $443.30), and due to waiting for resolution, I now am scheduled to receive my items after paying double the shipping price. My total cost today was almost $800… extremely dissatisfied.”

“I ordered a sign a few weeks ago. It came quickley and looked terrific. A feew days ago I went to order a new sign . the shipping cost was $7.00. I waited a day before ordering, in the meantime the price of shipping went u[ to 11.00. When I tried to talk to someone about this, I got an operator who was very pushy. She tried to give me a gift card, which was a great deal. It would cost me undeer $5. I wanted to charge it on PAYPAL. she said I couldn't so I told her to cancel the order. She refused to cancel the order and kept insisting on getting my credit card information. She said she would not give me the number of the person I had to talk to unless I gave her my credit card information. After being bullied I hung up. I needed the sign quickley so I ordered it and paid the $11.00. I rated this tranaction poor because of my experience with the operator. Dottie”

“Your website is not a very easy thing to manage. Your fonts and sizes are difficult to use. I called to ask for help and clearly the techs are not trained to handle Apple products. I love the product that is why I came back and ordered a second time...please fix the website!”
